Terms of Service
By placing an order with GUNLINE ARMS you agree to these terms. All sales are subject to Finnish law and EU Firearms Directive 2017/853, and applicable EU consumer protection law.
Purchase Eligibility
You must hold a valid firearms licence issued in your country of residence to purchase a firearm. GUNLINE ARMS reserves the right to request licence verification before completing any transfer.
Payment
After you submit your order, you'll receive payment instructions by email within 24 hours for your chosen method — bank transfer, Bitcoin, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For firearms, dispatch is also conditional on your acquisition permit being verified.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to 20 countries across Europe, where legally permitted. All firearms shipments are conducted in compliance with applicable national import/export regulations. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and applicable transfer approvals.
Returns
Firearms may only be returned if they arrive damaged or not as described. Contact contact@gunline.eu within 7 days of delivery. Non-firearms items may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging — see our Returns Policy for full terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law and applicable EU consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
