Returns Policy
Because firearms are subject to national acquisition-permit and transfer law across the countries GUNLINE ARMS serves, firearms and non-firearms items follow different return terms.
Firearms
Firearms may only be returned if they arrive damaged or not as described. Contact contact@gunline.eu within 7 days of delivery to start a return. Once a legal transfer has completed under your national acquisition permit, the firearm cannot be returned for any other reason — this reflects the transfer-law requirements in the countries we ship to, not a GUNLINE-specific restriction.
Optics, Accessories & Equipment
Non-restricted items — optics, accessories, and other equipment — may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Contact contact@gunline.eu to arrange a return; return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt.
