Data We Collect
We collect the information needed to fulfil your order and comply with firearms transfer law: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order and payment details, and — for firearms purchases — your national acquisition permit and government-issued ID for verification.
How We Use It
We use your data to process and ship orders, verify your legal eligibility to purchase firearms, coordinate cross-border transfers with licensed dealers, communicate about your order, and meet our accounting and firearms-record obligations under Finnish law.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under three legal bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legal obligation (firearms transfer and accounting records), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention and customer service).
Who We Share It With
Your data is shared only with parties necessary to complete your order: our payment processor, shipping and logistics partners, and the licensed dealer coordinating your cross-border transfer, where applicable. We never sell your personal data.
Data Retention
Order and compliance records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by Finnish firearms legislation. Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, then deleted or anonymized.
